Michelle spent close to 10 years working in a wealth management firm. She has a clear understanding of competitive corporate culture, and the challenges that come along with working at that pace. Her classes focus on breath, building strength, and learning to clear the mind of clutter.

Michelle has advanced certification in pre-natal yoga, kids yoga and physical assisting. She enjoys teaching Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kids Yoga and Prenatal classes.
