Robin is an owner and teacher at On The Mat. She is a powerful instructor with a gift for hands on assists. Her Sunday night class, "Mind Body Bliss" has been named one of Canada's best fitness classes by Flare magazine, and she has built a loyal following of students by taking the time to connect both inside and outside of the studio. Aside from teaching yoga, Robin has worked with children for over twenty years. She manages her own full time private daycare, and has facilitated numerous children’s fitness programs and workshops throughout the city.
Robin's classes allow for power, space, curiosity, energy and ease. She has advanced certification in physical assisting, and is a Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner; she brings this unique understanding of the physical body and alignment to all of her classes.
